Core Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Oversee the entire communication process with partners, including onboarding and sustained collaboration.
  • Negotiation and Objections Handling: Expertise in negotiating terms and effectively addressing client objections.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret metrics to propose strategies for initiating, enhancing, or reactivating partner relations.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Design monthly promotional plans tailored to client needs.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Hard Skills:

  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level in both spoken and written English.
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Excel Skills: Competent in using Excel for data manipulation.

Soft Skills:

  • Quick Learning: Ability to rapidly assimilate new information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong capacity for building and maintaining client and team relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in achieving beneficial outcomes through negotiation.
