Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate comprehensive business strategies for diverse markets like the EU, LATAM, and the Philippines, focusing on our casino and betting products.
  • Team Leadership: Establish and lead high-performing digital marketing teams.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop, implement, and oversee a holistic marketing plan.
  • Budget and ROI Management: Allocate budgets and continuously evaluate ROI to optimize performance.
  • User Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with teams and partners to devise and execute strategies for acquiring and retaining users.
  • Data Analytics: Perform in-depth audience analysis and optimize campaign metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU, and RPI.
  • Performance Reporting: Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement real-time engagement software and business intelligence tools.
  • Retention Strategies: Direct retention initiatives including newsletters, SMS, and push services.
  • Affiliate Management: Develop and oversee affiliate programs to meet targets in all markets.
  • Payment Systems Oversight: Supervise the integration of new payment providers and systems.
  • Promotions & PR: Design and coordinate promotional campaigns and PR efforts across multiple channels.
  • Technical Development: Implement gamification elements into projects, such as achievement maps and personalized offers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) in the iGaming industry (gambling/betting).
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
