Core Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative activities, including filing, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing documents.
  • Resource Oversight: Oversee office supplies, handle inventory management, and handle procurement.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in the new employee orientation process and contribute to their seamless integration.
  • Internal Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries, manage internal communications, and oversee internal database management.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of office facilities, including organizing regular cleanings and overseeing repairs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hard Skills:
    • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using office management software, particularly MS Office (Excel and Word).
    • Budget Management: Capable of managing budgets and undertaking basic accounting duties.
    • Record-Keeping: Excellent organizational skills for managing files and records.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication: Strong in both verbal and written communication.
    • Problem-Solving: Adept at making quick, effective decisions in a fast-moving environment.
    • Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively with team members at all levels.
